Yamanashi is known as the fruits kingdom. We use the fruits available to us in season. As the weather gets cooler we also have Hot smoothies on the menu. Grapes, plums, strawberries, raspberries, mulberries, blueberries, watermelon, figs, prunes, apples, boysenberries, blackberries, pears, sweet corn, persimmons, Yuzu, are all available throughout the year.
